oem spoiler install?

Anyone have experience with an OEM spoiler install and could provide any insight in wiring the brake light and drilling of holes? Any help would be appreciated

You will need to drill 2 holes and everything else should be easy- brake light wiring is prewired with connector

if you order oem spoiler from ebay, the holes might be at different location. everything else is exactly the same, the paint quality is good too but the holes will be in a different spot

no you don't, you can keep the rear window stop light if you like as there another connector (take the trunk liner out and you will see) that connects to spoiler's brake light.

I traded my wingless for a winged trunk not too far back...wiring was not too difficult...idk if its prewired but what i did was cut the connector from the window light (the guy i traded with took my window light) and brought the wire all the way up to where i can plug it into the spoiler...all you need is some regular wire (like speaker wire) and its pretty simple...IF you dont have the prewired set up there.
