Hey guys I just traded my G35 coupe in for a 370z.(will write a review between the 2 after I break it in.). My question is this would the G35 DE motor test pipes fit the 370z? Some ppl say the flanges might be different some say should be the same I want to know for sure before I take it to a shop and pay to get it installed. I currently have the fast intentions resonated test pipes I hope they fit.

The answer to your question is no. DE test pipes/HFC's don't fit HR engines. One or the other is longer due to header design on the HR engines.

 

correct the hr engines test pipes have longer flanges.

 

Thank you guys finally got a straight answer. And btw loving the Z super light and pulls much harder on top. My G did handle better, however I was on coils, but soon I will be on coils on the Z and and that will change .

G is a lot of fun to drive, and the back end steps out smoothly, but the Z is a LOT more fun to drive overall. I tend to think of it as a really big, fast go cart.
