a couple questions about the coupe

Hi everybody, i am looking to buy an 03 g35 coupe with automatic transmission. i was wondering how well the car handles in snow? if i get the car i plan on buying snow tires, just looking to see what people have expirienced in snow with this car. i live in minnesota so this car would be for year round driving. what else should i be looking for in the car? have there been any majors problems with the 03? the car has 17,100 miles on it. any help would be appreciated, thanks michael.

if it doesn't look like a car that would be able to be driven in the snow...well it probably wouldn't work that well. although there are people who do drive it in the snow...i.e. my bro, but he's been lucky that Minnesota of all places have had very little snow this year. twin cities to be exact. get some snow tires and it "might" be ok, but good luck.

I've got an '03 Coupe in Canada, and it's fine with snow tires in winter. No problems whatsoever.
Just don't attempt to drive it in the snow with the sport Pilots on.
I"ve had no other issue with my Coupe, besides the odd squeak and rattle.
You might find a loose driver's seat, a well know problem easily fixed.
Go over it carefully....you should be fine.

I'm in Chicago. With good snow tires (Blizzacks, Dunlop M3s) you'll do fine. You'll get some slippage during take-off, but once the tires start moving they start to do their job.
