You should be able to fight the taillight tint as long as all of the functioning lights are not covered. Your screwed with everything else though. IMO your car is a target: dark window tint, loud exhaust, headlight/taillight tint.....etc, so its no surprise why your constantly getting pulled over.

One more thing, most of the time the cops are jealous of u being able to afford the G let alone mods. I always get asked 3x "is this your car" "you sure". Trust me if they could write a ticket they would...u should be fine

Quote: You could always move to south Carolina lol as awesome as that sounds. We don't even have inspections... Just drive whatever the F we want! My tint is illegal but no cop ever says a thing and Ive been pulled over A LOT! Even when I had my exhaust and hfc.. Nothing. People drive the craziest crap here. I need to start taking pics. Goodluck bud
Had windows tinted first week purchased car, stayed like that for 5 years until a state trooper pulled me over in Anderson SC. Cop checked window tint with light meter (4%) and gave me a ticket for $100.00. Tint has been removed but like others said no state inspection.

I have a fully built SC motor and LTH with no cats.

I wouldn't say they are pulling you over for no reason, they're just doing their job. Unfortunately I think the only way around getting hassled constantly is to comply with the local laws that they're trying to enforce.
