If you have 2 motors with equal miles on them and one is from an X while the other is from a RWD G/Z, go with the RWD one. An AWD drive-train adds extra strain to the motor because it takes more power to spin the AWD drive-components and wheels, so the motor may have taken more abuse under similar driving situations in a G35X vs a standard 2WD G35/Z.
The first link is a remanufacture engine with "zero" miles im not sure bout it.. <<<<<any opinions?
True about the X AWD thanks. (out of my shpping list)

I have an 04 Coupe M6 and my engine burned oil... I had to get it replaced a few months ago. it's not just rev-ups.
There's a difference power wise between the 03-04 Coupe and Sedan engines aren't there? Coupes are rated at 282HP and sedans at 260HP.

lol i know i was telling them that they were the same and insist saying they wasnt.. btw since im swapping my engine what else should i get replace that its on the way? Spark Plugs, Timing Belt, water pump (Nismo?) Thersmostat, what else??
I would do sparks for peace of mind along with thermostat. other than that you may never have to change timing chains, nor the internal water pump.
do not buy from 123engine is the best advice i can give you right now.

Dude you got money to blow or just a nice credit limit on your card. Do your research before you go swiping your card on the world wide web and buy a POS engine with crap service. Check your local yards and check with carpart.com that links junk yard around the US to give you pricing and info. Buy something with a decent warranty and find out what is actually the history behind the engine (eg: sitting around forever, oil consumption, knocking, ticking, wrecked). I would scour through craigslist using a search like searchtemptest, ebay, junkyards, copart, carpart and even ask dealerships for where they get their reman/used engines from.
edit: DUHHHHH... Use common sense. If you can get a sedan typically it is driven by and older crowd and has less likely hood of being used aggressively. I would be looking at a 2005-2006 G35 Sedan RWD AUTO with low miles and long warranty. Next would be the 2006-2007 G35 coupe AUTO, and then 2003-2004 G35 Sedan Engine.

Rebuilt engine from decent specialty VQ shops with FORGED parts. You can call for custom quote using all stock parts or a decent rebuilt motor versus 123 self destruct engine.com
Engine packages are customizable to match your goals. Here are two samples of common configurations:
Stage 1 Short Block packages start at $2765 and include CP Pistons, Eagle Rods, ACL Bearings, machining, align hone, balance, blueprint and pro assembly!
Stage 1 Long Block packages start at $3690 and include the Stage1 Short Block, ARP L19 Head Studs, ARP Main Studs, Cometic Head Gaskets, Mill & Clean Heads and assembly.
Picture is revup but still an engine
