Strange Transmission Problem & starter cranks but wont turn over
Hey all
I just yesterday installed my new Exedy Clutch, pressure plate, T-bearing, and XTD flywheel (all came in a kit)
Everything fit perfectly and there were no problems during installation or re-assembly.
Problem1: When the car is in neutral, i can spin the back tires freely, as it should. But then when i put the car in gear and push
the clutch pedal down(disengage clutch), the tires wont spin. is that normal?
Problem2: Us being kids, we wanted to hear how my car sounded with no cat-back. what us idiots forgot was that the starter
motor was disconnected off the tranny, so when we cranked it, and it made a huge spark. The starter motor still cranks but
it wont turn over. Video:
