Pretty well any good brand name of racing seat such as Sparco or Recaro will help save significant weight. Just getting rid of all the electric seat motors is significant enough. I have heard people losing close to 100 pounds by swapping seats. Just do your own research, every site will have the weights listed for their products. As well in my opinion carbon fiber is quite a waste of money. I would suggest investing in a light weight battery to start.

PLEASE SEARCH, this questions has been covered several times.

Lighter rotors, lighter seats, removing your spare tire, lighter battery(from a 24F to a 35 series battery or even a lighter product - optima red top), lighter wheels, remove back seats, gut the car out?

I wouldn't worry about the battery losing charge on you, the car's alternator should be able to provide enough wattage to power the car's electrical systems while it is running. Just don't use all your accessories for extended periods of time with the car not running.

If you really want to lose weight, losing weight that's in front of the front windshield will be most beneficial. With that said, getting rid of the heater core and a/c are always two of the best ways to lose a lot of weight.

why not pick up a cf drive-shaft? rotational weight will make the most noticeable difference, it's something like 1lb rotational mass is equal to 5lbs static. the only really heavy static weight in your car is the seats, they weigh like 80lbs each, so picking up some 20 to 30lbs seats will actually make difference.

Sounds to me like you bought the wrong car. I've never seen the point in buying an Infiniti and then gutting it. Why not just buy a 350z instead, the whole point of the G is the 2 + 2 seating

Did you get the cf hood and front fenders? I know the oem fenders are 25lb of dead weight.

+1

I think most racing seats will be quite a bit lighter in weight, especially the ones that are carbon or carbon kevlar.
