Immobilizer Bypassed

I am a new G owner, I bought a used 05 Coupe 6MT and today my local dealer went to program me a key, but the car's immobilizer system has been bypassed. He did not know how it could be done, my question is how can I undo whatever was done?

Check if your car can do this:
If it can its been tuned with Osiris, and it is possible that NATs was turned off in the tune

I tried the steps in the video, but my car did not change. I held the accel cruise button down and pressed the cancel button twice. Let me know if I am missing an action.
