Hey guys I need some help. I have a 04' G35 2 door coupe and I found on my drivers side I have some rust going down the seam of the door and I know that there is a corrosion warranty for 7 years BUT I also heard that it got extended to 10 years. Can anyone help me figure out before I call the dealership tomorrow?

I could be wrong but I have not heard of any extension. Still 7 years, last time I checked. Saying that the warranty covers the vehicle's sheet metal, and protects you from rust and corrosion that are severe enough to cause a hole - surface rust is not covered.

 

Do you have a picture of the rust?
