Changing the MTF twice, any advantages?

Ok, so I picked up an 06 6MT with 60k on the clock. I drained/filled the MTF at 61k, and man was it dirty and also had a burnt smell. I'm guessing it was never changed. It was a very dark brown, and had a good amount of crud at the bottom of the pan.

Now, I know a flush is not recommended and there's ~12 quarts total, and a drain/fill only replaces 4. Would doing another or maybe even 2 drain/fill be beneficial for either the feel or longevity of the transmission? I'm pretty sure when I first replaced it I could feel where it was rough(old fluid) and very smooth(new fluid) and now after ~400 miles it seems to have mixed together for a somewhat rough feel that still has some notchiness. Let me know what you guys think.

Somehow I doubt a 6mt has 3 gallons of trans fluid. I don't have specs for an 06, but a 10 only takes 6 pints, or 3 quarts.

Maybe you meant a 5AT?

No, there's 12qts in the entire transmission. I'm pretty much asking if they circulate or stay in their different mechanisms in the transmission. There's only 3.5 qts in the transmissions case itself. I'm talking about a 6MT.

Service Manual for the MT says

Oil capacity (US qt, Imp qt) Approx. 2.9 (3-1/8, 2-1/2)
Automatic Transmission

Fluid capacity 10.3 liter (10-7/8 US qt, 9-1/8 Imp qt)

MT does not have an internal pump like an AT to circulate fluid and deliver pressurized fluid for actuating the pistons for clutch operations.

MT casing is designed to allow internals to sit in a bath of fluid and relies upon direct contact for lubrication like the differential.
