I recently just redid my exhaust myself. I used to have the HKS replica exhaust with test pipes - sounded awesome (no rasp), but I wanted something lighter and more loud. Also, I really wanted to switch to a single exhaust.

All three Y-pipes you show above are identical (just make sure they come with screws/gaskets). I purchaed the third link you show there from ebay. I was expecting a no-name brand, but the box said MR on it (I assume I got a knock off of the Megan Racing system). I mounted the new y-pipe to my test pipes, and a new Megan Drift Spec single exhaust (I had to use the G35 exhaust extensions). The thing is seriously loud and sounds absolutely amazing. It is also much lighter than my old setup. However, due to the large diameter pipe 2.5 y-pipe to 3 inch exhaust, it rasps a lot JUST at 2k rpms. Other than that, when I let off the gas and the engine decelerates, I get a "wooosh" sound from the exhaust. I have done my research on the problem and found that it comes from the flex pipe sections on the y-pipe. I have grown to live with it as it is the real only downside to the setup. If you google "woosh" sound on deceleration, it seems a lot in the Z/G community have experienced this issue.

Shoot me a PM if you have any further questions as I probably will not be rechecking this thread.

I got mine for $50 on craigslist. It took a couple weeks of daily searches before I found it but totally worth it.
