I'm dealing with the same issue. The Infiniti dealer told me that my RAS motor was shot and that would need to be replaced. The service guy said it would cost almost 7k just for the whole unit (subframe) as they don't sell the RAS motors.

I haven't replaced the RAS motor yet but it seems like that's all I can do.

Do you know the codes the car is throwing?
