Where can i get OEM shocks for my 06 coupe and proper wheel alignment specs to match
I am new to this site i just got a 06 automatic coupe. I have a few questions. I have a 2006 g35 coupe AUTOMATIC transmission and it understeers the front wheels don't turn sharp and fast enough to swing the front end so the back wheels wanna do their own thing and push the car forward and out of the turn rather than following the front wheels and pushing the car sideways and into the turn can i fix this with a simple wheel alignment? or are the Specs for the wheel alignment on an AUTO less responsive than a 6MT because of torque I'm not sure i need help should i leave it like that or can i make my turning sharper with my stock parts? If so what is the best wheel alignment specs for a 06 auto coupe? and another question i wanted stiffer OEM springs and shocks but don't know where to find the proper ones for my exact coupe i wanna lower it a bit but I'm more concerned about stiffer shocks and springs where could i order good OEM springs and shocks used or brand new?
Welcome to DRIVER Hemsky! Yes, you need an alignment! Going to the dealership and paying what they want for shocks isn't advisable. Check out our MARKETPLACE under vendor suspension. The Tokico blue shocks are an upgrade to the OE shocks. Find an independent brake/alignment shop in your neighborhood for the install and alignment. Everyone has at least one shop like this, ask your family and friends for their location....Gary
