I own a 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe, and my driver side door actuator is acting up, any suggestions? Where can i buy a decent actuator without breaking the bank? Professional installation or DIY?

 

There's a 5$ roughly DIY actuator tutorial to replace it but you have to make your own brackets and wire some stuff etc, I haven't been brave enough to try it yet (I still need to replace mine) and the cheapest even used that I have found the OEM one is roughly 180$.

 

Here's the link to the DIY. Since your in socal i would just pay josh to install it for you. He does it for cheap and offers warranty on the actuator.
