So im searching for a cheap car for a buddy that totaled his previous car and i stumble upon this car, i found it strange that the luxury car maker built this car with cloth interior.
Take note that the title says G35 coupe with leather.

I think the 2003 the base model with no options had cloth. I know that is true for the sedan. Looks like the coupe is the same way.

 

Some of the early base models had cloth interiors, even cassette players.

 

It doesnt have a moon roof either.

car manufacturers usually offer it so they can advertise a really low starting price. You use to be able to buy a C-class mercedes only in cloth as well back in 2003 but no one every got cloth since it kills resale value for luxury cars.

 

Not unusual, you'll see cloth seats and no moon roof or Boise system along with fugly 17" wheels. A car like that will have very low resale value but the best part is you could turn it into a track car and not hurt the value....Gary

Funny that the headline mentions leather, but that is also not present.

As far as cassette decks go, my car is a 2004 with 6 disc in dash Bose, Navigation and everything else, and I also have a tape deck. I think it would be awful if the car only had a tape deck... but if there is a disc changer and a tape deck tossed in, that's a good thing.
