G35 vs Genesis 3.8

So yesterday starting in the morning i had to take my brother to juarez, mexico to pick up his g35 because he got it painted down there for 350$ its a nice pearl white with flakes . So was down there i paid a shop to install my pumkin and x pipe for cheap like 60$ . My brother talked me in into staying with him for the races i kinda didnt want to because what i always here about the town but F*** it .. So its around 11pm when the race/meet starts down there we watch a couple and then some guy with a 2013 genesis start calling out my brother to race he doesnt give him the time of day so after like an hour of bothering him !!! My bro says race me the guy starts talking crap that its not worth his time and im in the same league as a 2.0 So finally he comes back and agree's (= Im all excitied never got to race a 3.8 straight up !!! So we line up i launch around 2250 1st were dead even second he slowly starts pulling a fender 3rd hit and i started pulling by 100 i had 1 1/4 cars on him !!! Im happy with the performance of my 5at ever one always talks down on my car because its a auto !!! Also I know i could have done better with the launch and shifting higher i was in tiptronic and shifting at 6600 almost everytime my redline 6900!!! Now for the best part !!! My bro's friends 08 or 09 cobra slighlty modded vs camero zl1 !! Since it was my bro's friend he let me ride with him we took the zl1 off the line had 1 1/2-2 cars the whole race he shuts down a lil after 4th gear i would have thought the zl1 was going to take the win but guess not now i know the zl1 doesnt stand a chance against the 2013 cobra!!!

I would tell you that racing is illegal, but I dont think anything is illegal in mexico. Glad you shut that genesis up.

But you crazy bro. I would never take my car to mexico to get paint done. That is hella good price. but i'd be scared it be stolen.

"Kill story" threads are childish. If you edited half of the BS out of your post and started a thread in the "drag" section, then you would be getting different responses.

So your telling me your 5AT with 280HP (probally like 30HP less after power loss since your car is at least 6 yrs old) beat a brand new Gen Coupe with 340+ HP that weighs like 300lbs less? Every bolt on you could buy would not help you against that car. So please tell me your car has some type of forced induction or every bolt on possible with a perfect tune and serious weight reduction. Video proof please kind sir! Other wise I'm calling COMPLETE BULLSHAT on this story. Only other scenario is that guy had NO clue how to drive that car in which case its still a maybe because he would have had to F up everything on that run.
