SEAFOAM the G3fizzle!

I heard many good things about this, car sitting at 109K right now so def needs to be done, i ran it through my gas tank already once but im gonna run it through the brake booster/vacuum lines, one quick question, when you run it through the line, do you take the hose off and let it suck up the seafoam from a cup slowly, let it sit for 10-15 mins and let it smoke out after, take it for a 5-10 min drive, what do you guys think? ive looked any many videos on youtube, any G35 DIY vidz? i saw one on a 350Z which is pretty much the same as the G

I recently just got an oil change so i wont be putting it in my crankcase, but if i run it through my vacuum lines, do i still need to change the oil etc???
Just read the directions on the can. Its the same for every car
