Turn light problem, need help!

I was doing some work on my radio and about a day after I've noticed the following problem:

- my left turn indicator started blinking twice as fast as it was before. The right turn signal works fine.
I decided to check the lights outside:
- turn signal in the left taillight is also blinking faster just as an indicator inside the car.
- turn signal in the headlight is not working at all, turn signal in the bumper is not working either.

I checked both 10A fuses #1 and #14 that are supposed to transfer the signal as per manual, but both are alright.

Any thoughts what can be wrong?

OK, i have some of it figured out.
Apparently it starts blinking faster when the bulb in the headlight blows(this works now).
A bulb in the bumper was also blown. So i replaced it as well, but it still doesn't work. The other side doesn't work either. (Unsure if it was working before, when i replaced that bulb it was clean and clear but the glower was bouncing inside.)

the bulb in the bumper is only a side marker, not a blinker.
