Exclamation My G is clicking :/ HELP!

So recently my G has started this clicking/rattling near the front of my car. This noise only happens when I accelerate or decelerate. It's super loud and drives me crazy! I went to the shop I get my car tuned at and had them take a look at it. They said it's more than likely something loose (a spring) on my clutch. What do y'all think??

You sure it's not wheel bearings?

it might be. im going to get it checked out from a nissan dealership and they want $100 JUST to check it out. ludacris. anyway it sounds like something it loose inside my engine. I recently just got long tube headers installed so thats my guess but I will check the bearings

here's a very simple test you can do yourself to test your wheel bearings. Its for a s65 amg mercedes but the test is the same since there both rwd.

A wheel bearing replacement is relatively easy and cheap to fix as a diy but its very messy. Also always get oem wheel bearings, do not get the aftermarket ones. Some aftermarket wheel bearings will mess up your traction control systems. I learned this the hard way on my mercedes.
