*springs or coilover?*

i have a 06 coupe, thinking about lowering the car for 1inch only and should i change my springs or change to coil just for daily drive? I heard that if u use spring it could mess up your car's handling? any suggestions? appreciated.

Im switching to Bilstein Struts and Tein H-tech springs, itll drop me at most an inch. If youre going to switch out something as major as this, you might as well go all the way or go home. MHO go with coils.

My vote is for coil, like everyone else. When I put them on the first thing I said. Should have done this long time ago.

If your posting about "Coil Overs" the best brand for the street are BCs. If you're interested in just springs Tein 350Z H-Techs will lower your coupe 1" in front and 3/4" out back. With either one you'll also need a complete camber kit so you're not eating tires every 6 months. Had you SEARCHED you would have already been aware of the best coil overs and springs along with the need for the camber kit, this has been discussed a gazillion times....Gary

SEARCH bro SEARCH... As gary said, youll need a complete camber kit. Cant just install coils and be good to go. Also youll need to get an alignment. I wouldnt get megan coils. Get KWs or BCs.

KW, Stance, etc. are all very popular brands for the most part. Whether you get springs or coilovers, an alignment needs to be on the to-do list though.
