What is a reasonable amount to get charged for a clutch install

So I want to replace the clutch/flywheel on my 06 g, how much is a reasonable amount to get charged for the install just on labor, Ill be supplying the parts. Id like to know so I dont get ripped off! lol

I had my clutch done at Stillen, and they charged me 5 hours labor a few years ago. Their shop rate is $99/hr. So I paid $495 for install.

Most shops don't like supplied parts, so they up the rate a bit to compensate
