It has a button that says SAT and when I press it, it says "NO SAT" or something along that.
I want to subscribe to xm, if I did how would I get it into my car? Would I have to buy anything else?

Assuming your coupe was built after a certain date, it should be pre-wired for the SAT tuner. You just need to add the Nissan/Infiniti XM tuner and install it in the trunk. your dealer can get it.

You can just use it by setting up a radio station for it to play the music through
but what i do for best quality is use the tape player to pplug into the xm radio and play the music through that. good quality from a dollar store tape player thing
