it depends.. if u got 03-05 heads u need a H4, if u got a 06-07 its a H1.

the fogs dont have HIDs, just a regular bulb. you could install HIDs just buy the whole thing. ballast and bulbs get 5k to match ur lows.

My 05' uses H-4's and I did a bit of digging on the internet and found some H-4's that where the Fog was Yellow and the High was clear, I like them.

id rather just change the bulb then making the whole conversion, any recommendations on the closest bulb that will match the output the 5000K Super Whites, and it says its a fog light/high beam dual filament or some crap, is there a specific bulb or its just an H4 that will work for both dually. thanks y'all.

PIAA is good, pricy, but good.

Silver Star Ultra should be easy to find and close to the 5000K

You can get two silver stars for the price of one PIAA

Where'd you find them? I run yellow fogs and would love to have the clear high beams.

It's been so long ago, I don't remember. I looked but couldn't find them. I think it was on a motorcycle website.
