Question PLEASe HELP airbag flashing

Hey guys,

i unhooked my airbag (passenger) when i was fixing my dvd/navi cover that had warped from the sun. when i plugged it back in and turned the car on, the airbag warning is flashing, and on my nav screen it says "supplemental airbag take to dealer"

I tried taking battery cables off for 30 minutes, multiple times, nothing has helped. I tried unplugging and plugging back in,didn't help

Maybe i can unplug the relay to the bag or something? Does anyone know where the relay/fuse etc etc is for the airbags?

PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

You gotta have the codes cleared from module. Dealer will charge min 1 hour. I would try a local body shop. All it needs is a scan tool that can read and clear AirBag codes. Does not have to be a dealer scanner (consult II/III)

There's a way to do it manual. It happened to me when I did my stereo install and removed the seat. If you do a search you'll find it. I believe you put the key in and turn the ignition on but not to where the car starts. When the lights on the dash light up stay lookin there will be a second where the airbag light turn off before it starts flashing that's when you turn it off before it starts to flash. Repeat that's 4 times. Pretty sure thats how it's done.

TY for your help but i found a DIY and it worked INSTANTLY!

To reset the light simply turn the iginition to the on position, (you dont need to start it). All the lights should stay on for thier diagnostic check. As soon as the airbag light goes off, before it starts flashing, immeditatly turn the car off. Repeat this 3 or 4 times (turning to on then off) and the light should go away
