^did that work for you?

I did the DIY the other day to clean the "piano key" but did not solve my problem. however now i realize that this is to fix fualty gas gauge readiings, but my problem is that i cant pump gas at all without the damn pump clicking.

Anyways after i finished up i left my rear seats out so i can monitor any gas leaks. Nothing so far

Make sure u replace ur O-ring, u won't see any gas leaks until you fill your car all the way up if the top hasn't been sealed properly, other then that make sure all screws are in and tight to spec, if ur having problems with the nozzle try to release all the fuel pressure, refer to the IP manual about fuel pressure or search it's pretty easy

The bolt holes do not penetrate through gas tank. Unless the bolts were replaced with longer than stock ones it should not leak from bolt holes.

Should focus more on a pinched gasket or fuel line not attached correctly.

Thanks

But what do you mean by release fuel pressure? I know how since i did it before cleaning the sending units, but im guessing thats not what you mean for me to do before pumping gas all the time. Can you please elaborate on that?

Are you sure it's not leaking from a fuel return line or something like that which may have been bent or damaged in some other way during the repair.... or possibly not fully reconnected during re-assembly?
