Got in an accident

I have an 04 g35 coupe and rear ended someone. I know when a Mercedes hood is dented and bent a bit (like mine is now). You need a new hood. I was wondering if I would need one or if the dents could be worked out. There is a slight dent and it is jammed in at the hinges a bit. Need some help!

You know what would help us? Some pics to assess the damage.

i hate when people post questions like this and dont post pictures, even if its not damage/accident related, i like to see pics about what parts they ask about or etc. post pics, it makes it more interesting and easier for us to see what the hell anyone is talking about ! THIS GOES FOR EVERYONE !

LOL.
No I wouldn't hope for that at all.
I got quoted $450 to replace the hinges. The part itself is like $30. But the labour. Oh man. They have to remove the fender to replace the hinges.

You can totally save yourself some dollar bills by taking the time to look up the how to on your hinges. It isn't a tough task at all and plus you will get the experience and satisfaction of repairing it yourself. Just my two pennies. Hope you get it worked out.

There are some people that really know the G35 on here. Post some clear pics, during the day, and someone might be able to give you the information you seek!

More pics would help alot. The one you have are not that clear. Depending on how hard you hit it might have damage the radiator support too.
