Exclamation G35 Coupe Front Bumper Lip help

2004 g35 coupe
I recently broke my OEM lip, went to a body shop, they said they can't fix it because it'll just break again and cost me more money and now i have to find a replacement lip.
I called around, Infiniti dealership prices are sky high and junk yards in Houston, tx don't have anything for me.
Now i'm stuck and confused.

My bumper already has the holes needed for the OEM lip that originally came with the car but I don't know what the OEM lip is called and I don't know what other lip i can buy that will use the same holes drilled for the stock lip and won't require more labor or a different bumper.

Can someone please tell me the name of the OEM lip and if there is a place where i can buy one or a similar lip?

Are there any after market lips that can be fitted to my car that already has the holes drilled for the oem lip?

Any other suggestions/tips would help.

P.S. I did do a lot of research on it and i still couldn't find my answers, which is why i'm here requesting assistance. All help is appreciated. Thank you for reading-

this is the closest thing i've found to oem: http://www.ebay.com/itm/03-04-INFINI...400532&vxp=mtr

but i'm not sure if it will fit my bumper because of all the holes that are already drilled for the original front bumper lip. can anyone tell me if this will fit properly or if it'll require more labor? more holes to drill?

Ionic makes an OEM lip replica that is supposed to be spot on fitment. You have to be patient with them though...slow response times with PMs.

I was quoted $250 shipped unpainted and $370 shipped painted. Knock off $50 if you're doing local pickup.

That's insane expensive, i have a budget for about $100.

Are there any remedies for that budget?

I went to a local shop and they called West Side Infiniti here in Houston and I believe the price quoted was $850ish painted and everything.

what do you guys think about the link i put on the thread? I like the price of that lip and it looks very similar to the oem lip.

Just as Phil said, you get what you pay for. You could probably get it to work, but fitment won't be spot on. You'll also have to pay for paint.

I think youll be better off just buying a different lip if you can find a direct replacement. The lip will have different mounting point but itll cover up the old ones. Who knows maybe itll be a perfect fit.

Agreed.

OP, there are quite a few options out there, however if you're looking for an OEM lip or other replica with comparable quality it's not going to be super cheap generally. For lips and kits I would say you get what you pay for for the most part.

I have the OEM replica lip from Ionic. It doesn't use the holes & I don't know if the lip will hide them. Your best bet is to contact him. I have no fitment issues, Ionic makes quality products. The only thing is, the lip goes down a little lower on the sides to match certain side skirts & the mud guards. IMO it looks better that way. Other than that it looks dead on. Good luck with your search. I hope this picture helps...only profile pick of my car with the lip..
