How do I turn on my fog lights without turning on headlights?

I have a 2005 coupe with 2006 headlights. I've tried all the settings on the light **** on and there doesn't seem to be a way to only have fog lights turned on?

I believe you can get a module from KP Technologies that can make this happen.

I am kinda embarrassed to share this story buy my car has 06 projectors, but I am running hids on both all projectors and bulbs. One day I had a bulb burnt out, I figured if one bulb went bad than the other three would soon go bad, so I went ahead and replaced all four bulbs.
I accidently hooked up the fog light bulbs to the ballast of the regular projector, consequently allowing my fog lights to be turned on independent on my regular headlight.

Sad part is i buttoned everything up and only realized my mistake when i was driving a few nighs later t ftl
