You could always get some flat-head bolts/washers. It would cost you like $3 at your local hardware store. Size is M6 x 20mm (1.0 thread pitch)

 

Does it include new bolts? So this replaces all the plastic under the engine? 100 % direct replacement?

 

How much would the aluminum undertray be when combined with the bell housing GB?

 

This piece is for the rear plastic panel replacement (under bell housing/M brace)
