Update it was a dirty maf sensor, Bought some air flow sensor cleaner cleaned it went about 20-30 miles. Drove again 20-30 miles all is well. Thanks for all the help

^glad that solved it. keep an eye out for maf prices and plan to buy one eventually because it will go bad again since it already has once before. even if it happens 1-2 years from now, it will definitely happen.
