Greetings

First post here, i been browsing for awhile and been hesitant to join but decided what the hell
Recently received a g35 coupe 2004 auto tranny with 96 000 km on it as a present. I am not a car person, my car knowledge is close to none.

Should i take this car to the shop to have it inspected overall? How much should this run me approx? (in southern ontario)

is there anything specific to the g35 coupe i should be aware of? any specific issues?

How is this car for winter driving? I have dedicated winter tires, Nordic is the brand i believe.

as for maintenance costs what am i looking at per month?

thanks

Living in the frozen north I can't help you with cost and prices. Before you buy any used car get a CARFAX, you don't want to buy a junk yard dog! Buying a car, if you can get the maintenance records that's always a plus. Our cars require all fluids being replaced every 30K miles and oil/filter changes every 3500 miles. Winter driving is like any other car, keep your distance and use common sense! Hope this helps....Gary

As Gary said, keep it distance and dont try to be cool/have fun & you'll be fine.
