I am getting my G35 coupe 6sd fully loaded minus the navi in about 2 weeks. One of my friends owns a track 350Z and the other owns a 03 M3 SMG. This is going to be fun. lol. I just can't wait to race. I know I'll probably get whopped by the M3 but I'm anxious to see the results with the Z. Just thought I'd share. lol. I'll post some video's as soon as I can.

 

Well It looks like depending on the skills of the driver you will be comming in second or third. Love the G and cant wait to get it but the M3 espically the SMG DAMNnnnnn that is one sweet piece of machinery. Have fun man and cant wait to see pics and videos.

 

someone posted on FA that the May03 edition of Best Motoring has this exact test. For those of you not familiar with Best Motoring, it's a Japanese program where they test cars on various Japanese circuits with real race drivers.

from the post, the M3 passed the Skyline on the last straight for the win. the Skyline was better in the turns, but the M3 would always pull on the long straights. i've have the 350z edition where the M3 performed similarly, heavy and slow in the turns, but pulls in the straights.

Since the races are so short, results are somewhat biased since it's basically a race to the first corner.
