Not sure what it is, maybe it's the glut of cheap wheels in shop's windows in this area, but the -brushed over black edge- just looks generic to me.

I cant stand the 2 tone black, silver. Looks tacky IMO. Black wheels are boring.

From what I see - #1. But honestly it's hard to give a proper opinion without seeing the entire wheel.
