HELP serious issue
HELP serious issue
i tried searching but had no luck. so here it goes.
i was driving my car i made a turn hit a slight dip and the car just died, it cranks and cranks and cranks but nothing. took it to the shop and the car has no fire to the ignition and injectors, checked all the fuses and theyre all good, the guy said its not the idemp or something like that. any help would be greatly appreciated please if you have any info or something that might help let me know, it is my daily driver and well i need to for work etc..any info is greatly appreciated thanks in advance

I just got the ipdm on mine replaced... it got wet because I never had the cover on it. Cranked cranked and cranked but no start... and when it did start it would idle really rough. I paid $575 for mine brand new, plus labor. Yours must be used...
yeah i drove over a deep puddle while it was raining and water got into the IPDM. None of my electrics worked for a week or my horn would randomly go off since it was grounding out, while it was drying out. Thank fully my car still worked, i just had to shift on engine sound. I wrapped the whole thing in electrical tape and put two plastic bags on top of it and zip tied it.
I haven't had a problem since.
