Adding the license plate light housing to the chargespeed rear

Hey guys,
I just got my car back last Friday after I got my bumpers put on. My body guy said that he couldn't put on my license plate light housing because the bumper was blocking it or something. Is this true? Wanted to make sure before I go back and try to put it in.

I had no problem, Clipped right in.
Did they try with the licenses plate on? It needs to be off.

Hmm I'll take of my rear this weekend and try it. I'm not talking about the plastic covers for the light but the whole housing

You don't need to remove it. Just the license plate, and light housing only has a clip on one side, so slide one side in, then push up to secure it. Look up a DIY maybe to clear your question
