Is g35 coupe a good daily driver? (coming from a muscle car)

I've owned a 2001 GT (first car) for the past 2 years and I was really disappointed as to how annoying the car was to drive all the time.
I'm really hoping that I won't feel the same about this car, but from what everybody says about them I don't think it'll be the case.
so what are your opinions on it?

Bear in mind I'm going to keep everything stock for a bit because of money.

Assuming the amount you spend on gas isn't an issue, I love driving my G35. I have the automatic so stop & go driving isn't annoying.

I drive mine everyday. The only thing that bugs me is the squeaks & rattling I haven't been able to nail down which I think is a thing all G's have.

Depends on your needs and wants from the car. You need to be more specific.

Your right I should have specified,
The main things that bug me in my car is exhaust being too loud (sorta my fault I bought one too Loud and sold stock), heavy clutch (I test drove an 03 G and it was a lot lighter), suspension is god awful, its hard to keep the car going straight, turning can be really rough because I can spin out so easily (already have a few times), parking is tough because I you don't get a good feel of the car when your in it, hard to ser over the big body, cheap, that's pretty much the just of it. )

It makes a pretty good daily driver. The motor is basically the same thing that they use in the Maxima and V6 Altimas and those are good daily drivers.... so you know the motor is stout. Fuel economy isn't the best, but it's also not the worst. The Coupe's aren't known for having amazing amounts of storage space in the trunk, and getting in and out of the back seats is not something you want to do on a daily basis if you can avoid it... especially since the seats use an electric motor to slide forward and back everytime you let someone in or out of the back seat (and the motor is slow as $hit).

I guess it depends on what your needs are for a daily driver. Don't get it as a daily driver if you need to drive it year round in snow/ice or if you always carry a ton of passengers. Tires are expensive too and don't last long but that's the price you pay for a bit of sportiness.

I'm not too picky about the room in coupes, I'm 18 so I don't have much in my car besides The two 10" woofers in the trunk and a couple sweatshirts, I also don't mind driving people in the back seats.
Not to mention I live in California and it has literally rained a total of 15 days this season where I live so its always nice and Sunny, that's where the sunroof comes in handy.

The sport tuned suspension is somewhat bouncy; I'm not sure if every newer sporty car is like that or not. Other than that if you're fine with the MPG and rear seating space + the electric seat motor then the car is great. Not much power for what it is but it's the quickest stock & modified car I've ever owned so it's nice.

Read the year comparison threads as well so you know exactly what you're getting and won't have regrets later, and also be aware of the oil consumption issue that may or may not have been fixed in whichever one you buy.

I've daily driven my '04 almost five years now. No significant issues, total non-scheduled maintenance costs (all out of warranty) of roughly $600 over the 50,000 miles I've driven it.
