CONGRATS!!!!!!!! it looks exactly like mine, except you have navi...

i see you have the REV problem also... does that mean youre in reverse gear, or is it a shift light (REV as in reving your engine)??? the owners manual doesnt say what that means, and infiniti doesnt even know theres a problem with it (that it never turns off)...

another thing, hit your tripmeter. its supposed to go A->B->A->B... but mines goes A->B->8000->A->B->8000... does yours do this??

CONGRATZ AGAIN!!!!

the 8000 in your tripmeter is what the rev light is set at... "8000 rpms." it's user switchable. it warns u when your approaching 8000 rpms... blinks then goes solid (upshift indicator) i think about 500 revs before your selection. check page 5-16 in your user manual for info.

-regards.

forgot to add: when it's set over 7900... the upshift indicator is disengaged.

The "rev" is what giddyup described. Just like the 350z I assume. A light will blink indicating you should shift (at the preset RPM limit).

Ohhhhh, finally a black 05 6mt! That's my color! Very sexy! I am really liking these new rims than the 03/04's.

Below the REV light is a small red shift light. You can adjust the shift point in 100 rpm increments by using the adjustment **** below (same adjustment **** for resetting the trip meter) the binnacle. 500 RPMs before your preset shift point the red light will flash, when you exceed the shift point the red light will go solid.
