A/c clutch wire not not getting 12volts please help!

Hello everyone iv been trying to fix my a/c i narrowed it down to the wire that goes to the clutch (blue and orange wire) i know this because i connected it direct to the battery and my a/c clutch kicked in. Anyone know where the wire leads to? I camt leave it direct because if i use my heater the clutch still kicks on. Thnk you all!

Could be low on Freon. If initial pressure is too low, the low pressure switch will remain open and keep from providing power to the clutch. Look around the AC connections, hoses and condenser coil for oily areas, which indicate a leak.
