Fuel Door Doesnt Line Up

I just got my car back from the shop (need to upload photos) and when I went to put gas I noticed the fuel door doesnt sit flush with the car anymore (and actually scrapes a little when opened). Not sure if they hit it and pushed it in, or what happened. They were only replacing the front bumper and painting the roof, so they shouldnt have had any business near the fuel door. Does anyone know what the cause of this might be? Unfortunately I didnt have much time to look at it as I was in a hurry. Any feedback would be appreciated.

The only thing I can think of is it got hit while it was open and the arm connected to the gas door got bent. Check it out and see if it looks bent.

Take it back to the shop and have them fix it ASAP.
