hissing from underbody

Hey everyone. I just started to notice a "hissing" noise from under my coupe. It is intermittent. "hiss-hiss" then a second or two of nothing, then "hiss hiss". It keeps doing that. Sometimes it isn't there. Anyone else have this issue?

I have not looked yet but does the G35 have a smog pump or air circulation system on the cat? If it does that might be it. Or it could be the fuel pump.

Absolutely normal guys. Iv'e heard it on my previous new cars as well. Your just paying attention to detail because of the "newness" of the car I can't blame ya...

I am not mechanically inclined to say so, however, from the previous cars I have bought (Brand New), I could hear it most when driving home after traffic or so and just standing idle in my driveway.

Hummm....I hear that in the summer time when the AC condensation drips on the exhaust......
You sure you don't have a leak in something????

If it's under the front of the car, it could be condensed water from the a/c dripping on the hot exhaust.

If it's under the rear, it could be the fuel pump altho that's more like a whine than a hiss.
