How to deal with the Z tube in dealership

Can we still bring the car to service? Like...oil-change and checkup. Anyone had bad experience with the Z tube in a dealership?

It's so similar to the G-tube, I doubt they'd even notice. Just make sure it's on properly with no leaks and clamps on tight and you'll have no issues.
