weird looking handle on drivers seat

What is that handle on the driver's seat? Lets say...when your sitting and driving...its right next to your right shoulder on the side of the seat. It is a plastic handle? what does it do? because mine doesn't move my seat or anything like that....some feedback would be appreciated. thanks .

Lumbar (back) support adjuster. You should feel a difference of pressure on your back when your back is pressed against the seat when you move the lever.

Lumbar support. Push it forward and you'll feel a little bulge come out against your lower back. It's called a lumbar support because the lower 5 vertebrae of your spine are called the "lumbar" vertebrae and there is normally an inward curve to it. The lumbar support helps evenly support your body weight against it.

Most questions like these are answered in your owner's manual.

Its an eject lever, if you ever "feel" like you are going to get into an accident, just pull the lever and your seat will fly out the sunroof.......

O, just make sure your not wearing your seatbelt, it won't work.
