key fob programming and door lock issues

Having issues programming remote and drivers door lock.
I cant get the hazards to flash. Key in and out 1 2 3 4 5 6 and the doors unlock.
6th time every time doors unlock. I know the method and following it to a t. Speed of
Inserting key doesnt make a difference. I know others have had this issue but cant find any final results.
Its a jdm v35 skyline 350gt coupe 2003.
It has also had ezlock actuators installed during its life. Passengers working fine.
Drivers side also has another issue. The wire feeding the actuator is only putting
Out about 0.5v instead of 12v on the unlock but 12v on the lock.
Anyone got any ideas? Any help appreciated.....

Get in the car and then press the lock button on the door after you shut it. Then insert the key and do the 1-6 turns without starting it and don't take the key out. (Do it faster than 10 seconds but not to fast otherwise the vehicle won't know that you did it. After the 6th turn, the Hazards will flash, then press any button on the fob and you're done.

Like i said, following the instructions exactly. So does everyone elses doors auto unlock on the sixth time if the insert speed is wrong? Doesnt matter how fast i try, done it like 300 times...the doors unlock on the sixth time instead of the hazards flashing everytime. Does the alarm need to be pushed unlock on the old keyfob before getting in as my fob isnt working. The chip in it is as the car starts and runs perfectly. Ive read others on here have the unlock problem just no one has posted the final solution

Ok so ive found the the us cars europe cars and jdm cars have a slightly different method of programming. Also the frequency of the remotes is possibly different as the g35 remotes i bought off ebay usa wont work on my jdm v35 skyline 350gt.
I have the jdm car programming method...maybe helpful to someone out there.
Sit in car, lock doors.
Insert and pull out key 6 times.
Doors will unlock and go into programming mode. hazards dont flash
Within 1 second insert key and turn to acc and then hit the door lock.
Push the remote button.
Doors will unlock if sucessful.
Remove key and open door.
