Any luck finding a solution?

 

I’m not so sure about this whole forum there seems to be very few actual questions with answers or follow up. I’m gonna just go ahead and buy the Amazon cheapie ones and try to retrofit my drivers door. Not sure why they gotta only have chrome but it seems fairly easy not sure why such a common part which is shared across multiple models isn’t available through discount Infiniti parts but I can’t find even the over priced oem option

 

Well, it's a 20-year+ old platform and a lot of the early enthusiasts have moved on. The forum is much diminished from its heyday.

You're stuck with New Old Stock (NOS) in many cases since a lot of it is out of production. Needle in a haystack to track down somebody that has an old box of parts stuck in the back corner of a warehouse. I've had some luck searching international sources like Impex, PartSouq, Amayama, Motors Head. It's hit or miss. There's always the pick and pull, and even that is getting hard to source if you don't have similar models rusting in a field locally.
