Hi, I have an 04 g35 coupe. I'm having an issue with the passenger window. Every time I push the auto up button for the window, it goes up then comes down 6 inches. But when I roll it up not engaging the auto up switch, the window stays up. Also when I set the alarm, the window rolls down 6 inches as well. I've tried the reset button on the motor and haven't had any luck.. This is very frustrating! Please help

 

There is a passenger reset procedure. You have to teach the window where the top and bottom are. You should be able to google it. Takes about 5 minutes and you should have another person with a watch to count off seconds

 

If the rest isn't working you may be looking at a regualtor or motor.
