Found that link a few days ago and it looks cool
Only 30 bucks for a touchup kit

My only concern is that they dont have the exact Diamond Graphite color available
For small touchup spots though it shouldnt be very noticeable; similar gray

Sure they do. Silverstone Metallic Clearcoat is the same paint code (WV2) as Diamond Graphite.

From a person who bought touch up paint with paint code WV2, they said its not the same exact color
Understandable though since the intricacy of the paint cant be duplicated by some home done job

At some point I will probably end up buying some though

I was about to make a seperate threas but I saw this one so...
Ok so I guess Im not the only one with small chips/scratches on my car even tho I dont know how I get most of them. I bought the touch up paint from the dealer for my DG G35c. Im guessing the factory touch up paint is no good?

You go by the paint code, not the name, so it has to be the same as it's a standard Nissan color. Still, to your point, no touch-up paint will exactly match the color that your car is now, after environmental effects, etc. That requires a paint shop to mix properly.
