Its been forever since I posted here but im in need of some help.

Came home at about 1pm went to go start my car the next day and got nothing so im thinking I left a light on and drained the battery.

Took the battery to autozone and got it charged up and put the battery in.

as soon as I put the battery in my fogs and taillights came on. so im thinking I left my lights on... I go to check my light switches.... everything is off. so I go to start my car and it doesn't start but once the key is on the ACC position my fogs and tails go off.

SOOO car doesn't start.... I have power to all outlets....radio... dash... headlights....etc.....fogs and taillights stay on constantly even with no key in ignition,

what causes a car with a charged battery to not start and have the lights constantly on...

PS I have to keep my battery disconnected since it will drain the battery if left connected...

 

Electrical issues are the worse wish I could offer some advice but I know nothing when it comes to electrical. Hope you find the problem and get that car started.
