I noticed an almost 2mpg better gas mileage since i replaced my pcv valve. It could also be somewhat contributed to the fact I don't use my A/C while driving as much because its getting cooler out. If I stretch it I can get roughly 340mi to tank 50/50 city driving and I'm almost fully modded sans HFC.

How about a catch can? I think mine helped... Not sure.
Clean the MAF sensor
Fuel system cleaner I like STP
Full Synthetic oil like some others said. I prefer AMS oil over everything.

Best way to increase your mpgs is to only drive downhill!
If that's not possible where you live then follow the previous suggestions. Don't make your car work too hard, try to coast more and don't floor it much.

Pretty much everything that acts as a resistance to your engine has effect on mpg.
Ideal situation is when you get your engine to perform as best as possible (spark plugs, air filter, engine oil, engine oil filter) and you remove as much resistance as possible (properly inflated tires, axle fluid, transmission fluid, good alignment, good bearings, less weight)

I personally pay most of my attention to just fluids and my Coupe gets 20-21 city and 25 highway. And I believe that's an improvement over EPA estimates.
This is a huge one that I should have mentioned - I like to slightly over-inflate my tires to reduce rolling resistance, but if you have low rolling resistance tires, they can be extra loud and annoying if you over-inflate them.

Wow! I just picked my '06 G35 Sedan Automatic up for the 4 doors (new Dad) ... and first 3 tanks I got 300 miles before refilling. That is 50 city/50 hwy. About 22mpg and I was testing the acceleration of the car the entire time ... so was NOT taking it easy.

I do that as well.

Need to be careful though. Overinflating too much can lead to wear issues and require premature replacement of the tires when the centers weat faster than the edges.

I'm all for saving fuel economy, but when gaining 1 MPG requires purchasing $800 worth of tires sooner, it's not really worth it.

Mods in general for fuel economy take a while to really pay off. Spending $300+ to gain 1/2 MPG will take years to pay off and start to produce benefit.

If you bought your car for fuel economy...you bought the wrong car

^ I get 10 mpg if I'm lucky... on E85 and 24 psi of boost. I can still go 150 miles on a tank so you guys must have something seriously wrong with the car if you're only getting that on a stock car!
