Are they the same or not, oem part wise ?

It's Tie Rod.

You should be able to look the part #'s up on a Nissan/Infiniti Parts fiche and compare.

yes I am confirming that the tie rod from g35 is the same as 350z, de engine wise.
I can't speak for later model g35 hr
these are the part number just in case people want to know

Inner: 48521-AL525
Outer Left: 48640-AL585
Outer Right: 48520-AL525
