Online will give you better quality for a better price. When you say mid range budget what do you mean? You can pickup a full set ready to go OEM Brembos with new pads for a grand. Decent new rotors and some nice pads will run you $300-600

 

Non Brembo coupe here and I paid 280 for anti rust coated rotors from centric with stop tech posi-quiet pads for all four corners. Much cheaper through the vendors here... Go figure!
